Hey there everyone, and Happy Wednesday! It is another cold day here, worse than yesterday, and from the weather forecast, it’s just supposed to get colder before warming up next week aka rising into the 40s. They are even expecting snow this weekend.
Since we are midway through the work week, you know what that means….another WIAW hosted by Jenn over at Peas and Crayons.
Confession: I was a bad blogger, and I didn’t take many pictures of yesterday’s eats, so for today’s What I Ate Wednesday, let’s take a look at Monday’s meals!
Breakfast
1/2 of a cantaloupe
A steaming mug of cinnamon vanilla tea
Lunch
Broccoli florets sauteed in garlic, Italian seasoning, and EVOO and topped with Roman beans
Dinner at the Cranford Hotel
Spinach salad with shaved carrots, dried cranberries, and raw walnuts – no dressing required
Merlot
Snack #1
Banana sprinkled with cinnamon

I love eating bananas sprinkled with cinnamon, I eat that at least 4x a week! Yamm

Yes! Apples and cinnamon and bananas with cinnamon are two of my favorite go-to snacks!
