A Sip of Heaven

Hello everyone!  How did today go?

If your location is anything like mine, than the weather has been unseasonably warm the past couple of days.  Even though the temperatures are a bit higher than normal, last night (after my amazing dinner :) ) I was craving a comforting mug of hot chocolate, but instead I had a sip of heaven.  Dramatic? Maybe. ;)  Incredibly delicious to the point that I’m still thinking about it today? Yes!

On Christmas Day, my sister introduced me to NibMor Traditional Organic Drinking Chocolate, and I have honestly never tasted a better hot chocolate! Ever.  Seriously.

Hot Cocoa

Nibmor contains no refined sugar, dairy, gluten, or GMOs! Plus, it is made with coconut palm sugar which is naturally low glycemic and rich in minerals including Potassium and Magnesium.  The nutrition facts and ingredients are pretty spectacular too…

Hot Chocolate

One packet (a generous amount!) is only 110 calories with 1 gram of fat, 4 grams of dietary fiber, and 20% of your daily Iron!    It’s also certified vegan. :)

Just when I thought this product couldn’t get better, I read NibMor’s Lifestyle…

“At NibMor, we do not endorse any one diet or lifestyle. We simply encourage people to become informed consumers who make healthy and humane choices by understanding what is in the foods they eat, where it comes from, and how it is made.

Healthy choices may look different from one person to the next. For example, one person may choose to eat grass fed, organic beef while another chooses to eat only non-processed plant based protein.

Someone may be a runner, another may be a body builder and some people just like to take a nice long walk! What works for one person may not work for another.  The NibMor Lifestyle is about making healthy, sustainable, charitable and fun choices for YOU!”

and Philosophy…

“At NibMor, we believe that the food we eat should be as simple and delicious as possible.  That means using ingredients made by Mother Nature, not someone in a lab coat.  What happens in our kitchen?  We combine the best of it all.  Our ingredients are All Natural and Organic, and our batches are handled with care to create perfection.  We kicked refined sugar, dairy, gluten and GMO to the curb (bye bye off you go!) without sacrificing taste.  The result?  Snacks that are simple, healthy and delicious.”

Nibmor also sells various flavors of organic dark chocolate bars, mint and 6 spice organic, vegan drinking chocolate, and supports many incredible organizations!  I made my mug of heaven with one cup of unsweetened almond milk, and it was unbelievably rich and chocolaty!  It was one of those times when you want to consume it so fast, because it is just that good, but you also want to savor, because you hate to see it end!

I topped my hot chocolate with another great product… 240Sweet Dark Chocolate Artisan Marshmallows made with beet sugar!

I can’t wait to enjoy it again!

Question of the Day: Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?

Quote of the Day: “”Surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers, the believers and the thinkers, but most of all, surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself.” — Edmund Lee

I will always put coffee as my #1, but hot chocolate has been a close second lately!

I always would put coffee as first too, but lately I’ve been on a green tea kick!
